Holiday Hauls! Part 1

Hi everyone!  How did your Christmas go?  Tell me about it in the comment section!  Yes, it's back!  Today I have for you my Secret Santa gifts (and one package from Erika!).  I somehow got signed up to do FOUR Secret Santas on Facebook!  Whoops!  I was a little stressed that I wouldn't get them all bought/out, but in the end it was super fun.  So, onto the packages!

The first one I received was from Canada.  She sent really pretty stickers, a fun little snowman (that my dog immediately tried to hide), a sleep mask, a jewel set and some really cute tools.  See the clippers with the zebra print?  It has a bottle opener on it!  How cute is that??  She also sent some Purel and a couple of ADORABLE Canada Magnets.  Love them!

I love all of the polishes she sent!  The KC metallics are incredible, Twilight is gorgeous and Gasoline is omg.  Great job <3

The next one I got came almost a week and a half later.  They were really spread out!  In this one I got chocolates, fuzzy socks *love*, an Avon lotion and lip balm, Christmas cookie flavored lip glosses (which all smell good but the gingerbread one.  Ick.), stickers, a candle and a nerds rope (yum!).

Next one I got wasn't a SS.  It was a gift from my polish BFF Erika from Polish Fixation.  She spoils me!  With my polishes, I got TONS of candy and that cute little reindeer PEZ dispenser.

Erika knows me SO well!  The Nfu-OH was the biggest surprise ever!  LOVE it!  

This was actually the last package I received.  The one after it I actually got first.  This one came the Monday before Christmas.  I was getting worried!  Thanks for the heads up that it was coming from "santa" Debby!  

I didn't get a picture taken of the things unwrapped.  Duh.  What you see here, though, are snicker doodles (my faves!), hot cocoa mix (she had read that I like the cookies and cocoa together lol), lotion from Sally's, fuzzy socks (I'm telling ya, I LOVE those!), a nail file, Vaseline lip therapy (I got asked at work if it were my Barbie's vaseline jar teehee) and Orly Androgynie.  Loved everything!  

This last one wasn't from Facebook.  Amanda at The Nail Polish Enthusiast actually organized this one on Elfster.  This had to be the most fun of all of them!  We were able to make wish lists and ask each other questions (anonymously, of course) to find out more about each other.  Elfster assigned the swap partners and everything.  It was awesome!  I was overcome when I got my package.  It was so great!  Thank you!

Mega Haul!

Hi everyone!  Before I get to the haul, I'm going to warn you that in the next couple of weeks my photos are going to be a little wonky.  I have switched back to photoshop and will have an actual watermark (that matches every time! LOL), and hopefully all my pictures will be the same size.  I have several photos taken for the next month already, so in between the new styles, there will be some of the old photos showing up. Just thought I'd warn you!  

This week was epic.  I had great hauls!  Not anywhere near as awesome as some of you, but very very good for me! lol So, here we go!

To start off, I got the polishes I ordered from my friend, Pam's very first nail polish line!  She is calling them "Girly Bits."  They are truly amazing!  You need to check them out!  More information can be found on her blog Pam's Girly Bits

From Girly Bit's "Seas the Day" collection I got Street Magic, Stormy Skies, Purple Potion and Razzle Dazzle.  There are two that I didn't get, Sailor's Delight and Denim Diva.  They are an orange and a navy blue.  I just felt like I would wear them enough, so I didn't pick them up.  I'll tell you what though, I am IN LOVE and already plan on buying the winter collection.  I haven't even seen previews of any of them yet! Check these out FOR SURE!  

Next is a product that has been a source of great anticipation in the blogging community!  BOOTIE BABE!  Yes.  Bootie Babe has FINALLY launched!  I actually got two shipments from them. My original sample pack (shown below), and then some "replacement" bottles.  There is an issue with the lid I suppose that makes leaking a problem?  I didn't have issues that required replacements, but that's how awesome the company is!  Look for a review soon!

I forgot bottle shots of these two (see the new watermark?  haha)... Sorry!  You can see it on my nails though.  Brink of Pink, a hot pink cream. 

Purp Slurp.  A pretty pinkish purple cream! 

I also ordered from Sephora.  Which turns out was a bad idea because I have to do it again Friday!  Oh well.  Both orders were 20% off! 

For a swap I got two mystery polishes and Illamasqua Viridian.  For me I got Nails Inc Houses of Parliament and 212-Sephora.  So pretty! 

Next is a major lemming of pretty much...well... Everyone!  lol  A friend from Facebook got MAJORLY lucky dusty hunting and had some Kaleidoscopes to sell! 

I restrained myself (I'm lying. These were the only ones left by the time I found out she had them!) and only got He's Going In Circles, It's My Turn and Rated Holographic. 

Next, a swap.  From Brazil!  I'm not going into details.  This will be a separate post!  But take a look:

Finally, my Sally's haul.  Holiday polishes! 

Color Club: Orna-minted (mint scent), Very Merry Berry, Gingerbread Man, Sugar Plum Yum, Orly Androgeny, Color Club Santa's Cinnamon.  All of them were in stock, but the green one smells like pine, and pine makes me sick.  Sad, because it's really pretty! The rest of these smell AMAZING.  Get them.

AWESOME haul! ***PIC HEAVY***

Hi everyone!  I put this post off because I wasn't sure if I wanted to add what I'm getting today... I decided not to because one of the packages is a swap and my partner hasn't gotten her package yet.  You'll see them soon though, I hope! So, here's my haul from the last week (or so)!

This is my awesome win from Amanda at The Nail Polish Enthusiast.  I was very very excited to win this one!  There are three brands here that I've never tried.. PLUS a DS!  

If you aren't familiar with the DS line, this is Mystery.  Here it looks blackish, but it's really a purple, or blue, or something.  I guess that's why they call it Mystery? 

Three Kleancolors.  I love these glitters :)  I'm falling in love with the brand because of them! 

These itty bitty baby bottles are ADORABLE!  Look at that pink flakie! Gorgeous <3

When BL had that big sale last week, I wasn't able to get the only two polishes I wanted... so she sent me No More Waity Katie!  How awesome is that?  She also sent me some awesome glitters that I was drooling over.. 

LOVE the square glitters!  Can't wait to use these! 

This is what I bought since I couldn't get to the sale.  Three no names that look like they will be great for layering from Dollar Tree, LA Colors Peach scented removal pads and Fantasy Makers (AKA WnW) Night Glow.

FINALLY I got these a couple weeks ago when Barielle was on Hautelook.  So far, I love them!  Buddha-ful is SO much more gorgeous than I thought it would be!  I've worn it already, and wanted to do a post, but I wasn't able to get good pictures.  Ugh.  I will try again soon because you NEED this polish!

Sunday Haulday

Hi everyone!  I know I've been really inconsistent lately.  I suck.  Really.  But, I've decided to do a haul this week.  I hadn't been doing them, just out of boredom, but this week I have a great swap to show you and a few other things that I love that I got this week :)  I may do these haul posts on special occasions from now on or something.  So, here we go! 

I didn't buy much this week.  I didn't have to! What I DID get though (with my Amazon gc!) is the entire Kleancolor Starry Spring collection.  Thanks to the gc, I only paid $1.97.  Awesome!

Next up I have my first ever butter LONDON polishes!  These were sent to me.  I probably wouldn't have picked the colors, or at least PBR, but I'm kinda liking them.  A LOT.  There will be a review sometime soon!

I also got my first ever Lex polish!  I have been in love with the pictures I've seen of this particular polish, so I picked it out of all of them.  It hasn't disappointed so far.  Again, review soon!

This was also my first international swap.  I am ADDICTED!  I love love love the polishes I get from over seas!  I have another package from Brazil getting sent next week.  Those are all holos and flakes, I am SUPER dooper excited for it!  Steffi and I are already planning another swap soon as well.  :) 

Finally, Erika from Polish Fixation (another great blog that doesn't get as much recognition as it should!), sent me these little goodies.  I won't get into details, but it was a total surprise!  I didn't expect it and it totally made my day when the post man handed me the extra package!  Thanks Doll!

Gorgeous.  *ugh*  Now I only need that last one.  So awesome!  She also sent me more po5g because I use it ALL. THE. TIME.  Seriously.  All the time.  lol  I have it frankened in so many colors! 

Anyway, thanks to my friends, this was an amazing haul week.  I love each and every polish I got from them!  Thank you girls!  I have some busy days of swatching ahead! 

Oh, off subject, how gorgeous is the weather today?  UGH!  It's almost chilly in the house :)  I'm going now, maybe to enjoy it!  Thanks for looking!

Final July Haul

Hi everyone!  I can't believe that it's the last day of July!  These last two months have FLOWN by.  I am so happy all of you joined me and stuck around!  Today is my final haul of July and it is MASSIVE.  I would call it my last, but I'm going to buy some stuff today, and I have a few packages still in the mail so there will be a haul post next week.  After that, I'm going on a no-buy August and a limited September.  I'll still buy some I'm sure, but it won't be anything like this!  I'll have to figure out something to do instead of hauls.  Ideas?  What would you like to see?

So, here it is: My last big haul.  30 bottles of polish.  Way too much.  lol  I also bought some acetone and some cotton balls.  Just so you know :)

Yes, you see this right.  I bought Fortune Teller.  Normally, I suck it up and just accept the fact that I won't get HTF polishes, but a friend from one of my fb groups found this on ebay for $8.95.  Yes.  $9.00.  It was cheap enough that I HAD to have it.  I would suggest seeing if there are still bottles available.  I love it!

Lori Shadow, who is in PAA on FB, makes these topcoats and sells them on FB.  They are incredible!  I haven't used it for a full mani, it's been raining since I got the bottles, but I swatched it.  So pretty!  I'd pick these up too!

This is the first collection I have ever bought in entirety.  Probably the last as well.  I have NEVER had an entire collection come out that I KNEW I would love all of the colors, or that I had to have.  I'm sad that these don't photograph well.  I still LOVE them, but finding color accurate swatches/bottle shots is kind of hard.  These are all WAY brighter in my pictures than irl.  You'll see when I get around to swatches (hopefully Monday or Tuesday) that they are all much darker.

I found these at Dollar Tree when I was looking for Coloramas (which I never found. Boo).  I know nothing about these.  I don't know the name brand (Appears to be Simply Irresistable?) or the names, but they are pretty.  I hesitate to tell you that these are named Dusk and Sunset because there were other colors there and the only names I saw on any of them were Dusk, Sunset and something else (Twilight maybe?). There were six or seven colors sharing three names.  They have two bottle shapes, but are the same polish. I am puzzled, but I'll gladly try them out for $1!

My first Kleancolor!  I think I've already shown a picture with this on.  I haven't used it for a full mani yet but will do so soon.  I love it!
