Happy Hunger Games!

Hello, hello!  Welcome to the Reaping for the 74th Hunger Games!

Seriously, I don't understand how they can be so happy about that.  People are sick.  The worst part, I'm not sure it is too far from what would truly happen.  BUT the movie was AMAZING.  Even as an avid lover of the books, I was in awe by this movie!  I don't want to ruin anything by saying more, but you SERIOUSLY have to see it!

My advertising for the movie being over.... I want to show you what I wore to the premier.  It was disappointing.  I hated the mani.  I hate even more that every one and their dog's wore Katniss inspired nails.  I hated even more that I KNEW that they were going to but I couldn't find inspiration for anyone else.  I really wanted to do nails for Rue, but in the end, I didn't have any good ideas.  So here's what I came up with.

I wanted to use all China Glaze polishes, but I had seen somewhere that red shatter made pretty awesome flames.... but China Glaze doesn't have red shatter.  I had to use my OPI.  The other two shades are Riveting on the accent nail, and Stone Cold on the others.  Plus FingerPaints flakies on my thumbs (I can't remember which... the mainly orange one teehee).  I thought the mani as a whole was just... okay.  I REALLY liked the two accent nails though!  I kind of wish I had put flakies on all the nails.  That made a great combo! :) 

Also, sorry for the crap pictures.  To get each accent nail "into focus" the rest of the picture had to be blurry.  I don't remember ever having so much trouble getting a decent crackle picture!  Maybe since it was just the single nail?  Idk.  

Now onto non mani related things.  1) I started a second job last week.  I am a full time receptionist at a Dr's office now.  Our other one quit, so it's just me already!  I might get stressed and not post as much once in awhile.  Especially when race season starts and I'll have times when I am working at the office Friday, then the care center Saturday and the races Saturday night.  It will be overload!  Luckily, I like everything I am doing!  

2)  You guys are slacking!  I really want to reach 500 followers so I can do my giveaway!  I had hoped I would reach the goal by April 1, but it doesn't look like it's going to happen.  Maybe you can surprise me??  Teehee You won't be disappointed either way, though.  Promise!!  

So, what do you guys think?  Anything you want to see sometime soon?  I have lots of reviews and stuff still planned (I am sooooo behind lol), but I'd like your input as well!  Thanks for reading!
